Lebanese American Immigrant Rima Fakih won the title of Miss USA 2010.
Rima Fakih won the title of Miss Michigan USA in the month of September 2009, she later competed with beautiful women from USA to the title of Miss USA 2010.

Rima has a strong personality, she became the first Muslim woman to win the title of Miss USA and the second of Arab origin.
